• Knowledge of component setups, methods and procedures,
• Should be able to upload/download CNC Turning, VMC,  HMC  programs to machine controller,
• Select and check cutting tools per program or CNC Turning, VMC,  HMC documents.
• Experience in setting up job for production orders, first lots, tool tryouts or run previously set-up job by reviewing work order,
• Monitor machine during operation for unusual vibration or sounds, visual check of cutter path, clearance, chips to ensure smooth operation.
• Makes fine adjustments to machine to bring part within tolerances.
• Performs machine operating adjustments and regulates and controls such functions as coolant flow, machine rate and related machine operations.
• Check work during each operation and after completed job to ensure parts are complete as per drawing and that there are no defects (e.g., tool marks, mismatch, and incorrect cutter finish.)
• Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions and engineering drawings.
• Provide input for a Process Improvement.

1)      Trouble shooting & attending day to day breakdown on machine 5 axis & heavy CNC turning machines/ Conventional machines

2 ) Geometrical alignment  checking and correction of cnc turning and hmc vmc machines 

3)      Corrective action for repetitive & frequent breakdown.

4)      Analysis & record machine data for up time improvement

5)      Spare part identification for old machine & record the data for new parts.

6)      Utility maintenance up time improvement & corrective action.

7)      Raise Indent to purchase department & follow up for timely arrival of spares.

8)      Follow-up with supplier for AMC & maintenance repairs.

9)      Maintenance API audit & ISO compliance as per company rules.

1. Hands on experience of trouble  shooting retrofitting and preventive maintenance od 5 axis Cnc Turning and machining centres like Dmg/ Juaristii/ Mazak 
2. In depth knowledge of control like siemens 840D ,828D, and fanuc and mazak 
3. knowledge of P.L.C parameters / ghost backup lodong of heavy duty 5axis machines  dmg machines 
4. Should attend breakdown and PM of cnc ,vmc, hmc , conventional machines.
5. Maintain DG Set/Compressors/Overhead Crains
