Rebuilding

PMT rebuilds critical CNC machines which are used for a long period of time and needs up gradation of technology and to achieve the original accuracies. The machines are dismantled, redesigned and finally rebuilt like a new machine.

The important mechanical elements like ball screws, bearings, seals couplings etc are changed. Similarly all electrical components like electrical wirings, switch gears, glass scale, CNC controllers etc. in the machine are changed and upgraded to the latest technology available in the market.

The rebuilt machines complies with the assembly test chart and tooled up with fixtures to offer process capability on the trial component.
